Continuous Improvement Engineer - Manufacturing & Process Optimization

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Identify areas for improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and reduce waste.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Minitab and Kaizen to analyze process data and identify trends.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address process issues.
• Monitor and report on process performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Minitab, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
