• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable mobile solutions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.
• Promote our latest mobile products and special offers to drive sales.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the mobile technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of basic mobile technology and accessories is a plus.
• Familiarity with using POS and IMS systems is beneficial.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
