📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee strategic intelligence operations and vigilance activities to ensure national security.
• Lead a team of intelligence analysts and operational staff, providing guidance and direction.
• Conduct comprehensive threat assessments and develop vigilance strategies to mitigate potential risks.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders, including local law enforcement and government agencies, to enhance collaborative efforts.
• Utilize advanced intelligence tools and software, such as SIGINT, HUMINT, and OSINT platforms, to gather and analyze data.
• Ensure compliance with national security protocols and regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the vigilance team.
• Report directly to the BIN Regional Director, providing regular updates on operational activities and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Political Science, International Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in intelligence operations, with a proven track record in strategic planning and leadership.
• Certifications in intelligence analysis, such as the Certified Intelligence Analyst (CIA) or similar.
• Strong understanding of national security policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in coordinating with regional and international partners.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and manage high-stakes situations.
• Leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
