📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to meet sales targets and maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving store performance.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
