📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the distribution of products to customers and retailers.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution performance and address any issues.,Manage a team of distribution officers and provide guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Report on distribution performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of distribution systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with ERP systems and distribution software is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales and distribution targets.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations.
