📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage site engineering projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site teams.,Continuously monitor project progress and performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using engineering software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
