📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
  • Implement and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
