📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality hiring process.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates and industry professionals.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Experience in managing social media recruitment is a plus.
