📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve company goals.,Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company in meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of human resources management and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.,Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
