Moon Data Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales operations in the area, ensuring that our products and services meet the needs of our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales operations in the assigned area.,Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor sales staff to ensure they are meeting performance targets.,Monitor and report on sales performance and trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that products and services are meeting customer needs.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role.,Proven track record of success in managing and developing sales teams.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
