📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activities.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure that all customers receive excellent treatment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the branch.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail management software and systems.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
