📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders.,Promote and participate in company initiatives and events to enhance brand visibility and employee engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a financial services or retail environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of financial principles and practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
