As an Innovation Excellence Partner, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for innovation, implement strategic initiatives, and measure the impact of your efforts. You’ll leverage your expertise in innovation management, project management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure that our initiatives are aligned with our business goals and deliver tangible results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate innovation opportunities, and develop and implement strategies to drive innovation across the organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and provide leadership and guidance to employees at all levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that innovation initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver tangible results.
• Leverage project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana to track progress, manage resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor and measure the impact of innovation initiatives, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on the progress and outcomes of innovation efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Act as a thought leader and advocate for innovation within the organization, and inspire and motivate employees to embrace a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business challenges and opportunities, and develop and implement strategic solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in innovation management, project management, or a related field is a plus.
