📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Document and maintain IT-related information and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Assist in the resolution of IT-related incidents and problems.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.,Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
