📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update supplier records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the purchasing team in preparing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in reordering stock as needed.,Conduct research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and other related documents.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your procurement skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement or a related field.,Good understanding of procurement processes and practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.,Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
