📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of healthcare products and industry trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.
