📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and staff members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
