Bright Village Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead GA Staff to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and the well-being of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and cleaning services.,Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.,Assist in the planning and execution of office events and meetings, including venue selection and logistics.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support to the HR team by assisting with employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related tasks.,Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office operations and employee satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Affairs or Administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
