ORBIT Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team in Pekanbaru. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Ensure the company's HR practices align with best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
