ORACLE Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering, and distribution.,Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.,Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals.,Supervise and mentor junior pharmacists and staff.,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure medication safety and efficacy.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in pharmacy.,Professional certification as a Pharmacist (SIPA).,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with local and international pharmacy standards and guidelines.
