📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.,Manage and supervise the staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent patient care.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and quality of care.,Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Plan and organize inventory management and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.
