📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
