This role is crucial in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations in the geosynthetics trading business. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and a passion for customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from IDR 5,000,000 to IDR 5,500,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of sales data and customer information.,Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Prepare and send out order confirmations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.,Maintain a well-organized filing system for sales documents.,Support the sales team in preparing presentations and reports.,Assist in the organization of sales meetings and events.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products.,Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
