📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the hospitality and retail sectors.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to promote and sell SeaOil products effectively.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
