📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp,Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects,Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure drawings and estimates meet project requirements,Review and approve drawings and estimates prepared by junior staff,Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices,Ensure all drawings and estimates are completed on time and within budget,Provide technical support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting and estimating for construction projects,Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp,Strong understanding of construction materials and methods,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus
