Sumber Indra Auto Service is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Line Cook to join our team in Ubud, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Keep accurate records of food usage and waste.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
