📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and administer grant applications and contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.,Oversee payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and compliance with local labor laws.,Provide HR support to the grant management team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on grant management and payroll support.,Proven experience in managing grant applications and contracts.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
