We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual who can help us maintain and improve our shop's operations. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of sales and customer service, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop.,Stock and organize products on the shelves.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.
