Bright Go Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and safety.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
