In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information security program, including risk management, compliance, and incident response. You will work closely with our IT team, business units, and external partners to ensure the highest level of security for our systems and data.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the cybersecurity team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks to protect our digital assets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and ITIL.
• Oversee security incident response and recovery processes to minimize the impact of security breaches.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with senior management to align security objectives with business goals and ensure executive awareness of cybersecurity risks.
• Foster a strong security culture within the organization by promoting security best practices and providing training and awareness programs.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies, and recommend proactive measures to enhance our security posture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in information security, with a proven track record in leading cybersecurity programs in financial institutions or similar organizations.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and incident response.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire the security team.
• Proficiency in using security tools and software, such as SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management solutions.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and industry-specific security requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
