📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the cooperative, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance financial stability, member engagement, and community impact.
• Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cooperative management, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and innovation.
• Certification in cooperative management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
