📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee HSE compliance for tugboat and barge operations, ensuring adherence to international and local regulations.
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures for maritime operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and awareness programs to the maritime operations team on HSE best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Investigate and report on HSE incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with the maritime operations team to ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HSE regulations, standards, and best practices in the maritime industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE supervision, with a focus on maritime operations.
• Certification as an HSE professional, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international and local maritime regulations, including ISM Code, ISPS Code, and MARPOL.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP EHS or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
