📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Receive, log, and verify incoming samples from various sources, including government agencies, private companies, and international organizations.
• Ensure accurate and complete registration of samples using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) such as LabArchives or similar.
• Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure samples are properly prepared and stored according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor sample status and track samples through the laboratory workflow, ensuring timely processing and analysis.
• Maintain detailed records of all sample transactions and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new sample registration procedures and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and providing updates on sample status.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory sample registration or a similar role.
• Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) such as LabArchives, ELN, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industries is a plus.
