📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streaming sessions to showcase products and engage with the audience in real-time.
• Drive sales by promoting products and encouraging audience participation.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute live streaming strategies.
• Use tools like Zoom, OBS Studio, or similar software to manage live streams and ensure high-quality broadcasts.
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize future sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with audience members to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and e-commerce.
• Provide exceptional customer service during live sessions to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live stream host or in a sales role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade audiences.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and software, such as Zoom, OBS Studio, or similar.
• Experience with social media marketing and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for e-commerce and a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
