Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions.,Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies to drive growth and revenue.,Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.,Develop and present regular reports on partnership performance and market insights.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner banks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in partner development, account management, or a related field in the fintech or banking industry.,Strong understanding of the financial services industry and banking operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
