• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other documentation as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
