📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Maintain a clean and inviting workspace, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service and ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Assist in stocking and managing inventory of coffee supplies and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our beverages.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the café’s overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
