We are seeking a skilled Project Transition & Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth transition of data center projects and ensuring the efficient operations of our data centers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our data center infrastructure in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of data center transition projects.,Manage and coordinate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.,Ensure the smooth operation of data centers, including monitoring performance, maintaining equipment, and resolving issues.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to ensure the reliability and availability of data center services.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless integration of new data center projects.,Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and end-users as needed.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data center operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and data center operations.,Proven experience in managing data center transition projects from planning to completion.,Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking components.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
