📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver packages to various locations in Badung and Kuta using SiCepat Express’ fleet of motorcycles.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery times.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, well-maintained motorcycle.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Report any vehicle or equipment issues to the maintenance team promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a motorcycle courier or similar role.
• Valid motorcycle driver’s license.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use delivery tracking software.
