📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with potential customers and dealerships across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealerships to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and improve our sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the automotive and motorcycle industry.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential customers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive and motorcycle industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the automotive and motorcycle market in Bali and Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
