ISO Executive

Join Titan Force as an ISO Executive and play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing, transport, and logistics operations meet the highest international standards. Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an ISO Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards across our operations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, conduct internal audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is perfect for a professional who is passionate about quality management and wants to make a tangible impact on our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards across manufacturing, transport, and logistics operations.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Develop and implement quality management systems to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO standards and quality management practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of ISO implementation and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ISO implementation and quality management.
• Certification in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
