📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Host live streaming sessions to showcase products and engage with the audience in real-time.
Drive sales by promoting products and encouraging audience participation.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute live streaming strategies.
Use tools like Zoom, OBS Studio, or similar software to manage live streams and ensure high-quality broadcasts.
Monitor and analyze live stream performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize future sessions.
Build and maintain relationships with audience members to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and e-commerce.
Provide exceptional customer service during live sessions to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a live stream host or in a sales role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade audiences.
Familiarity with live streaming platforms and software, such as Zoom, OBS Studio, or similar.
Experience with social media marketing and audience engagement strategies.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
